The Town of Whitehall is a collection of seven villages and hamlets, each with its own character and combination of uses, varying from bustling town centers to serene natural spaces.
Whitehall’s first village is all about great foundations in the form of beginning community traditions. In this first phase, Mapleton Square, the town’s main outdoor event area, will be completed for informal community gatherings as well as concerts, community picnics and other celebrations.

The Town of Whitehall is located just south of Wilmington, Delaware, a short drive down Delaware Route 1 to Exit 148 and just over a mile west on Lorewood Grove Road.
Adjacent to the St. Georges Technical High School and convenient to the historic towns of Dover, New Castle and Odessa, the town site is situated within the Appoquinimink School District, one of the highest rated school districts in the region. Employment centers are planned within and adjacent to Whitehall and the town is a short commute from the University of Delaware and Christiana Care’s hospital campus. We're also just a short drive from Wilmington employment hubs and commuter routes like the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
